James C. Seabury, III P.E. (Jim) has been in Nashville since 1987. Since then, Jim has been involved in many design and construction projects across the United States.
In his capacity as Chairman and CEO, he has overseen the design and implementation of projects exceeding $200 million. Throughout these projects, he has always kept a keen eye on the evolution of current technologies involving energy consumption and renewable and alternative sources.
Jim grew up in Paducah, Kentucky. He attended Centre College of Kentucky, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1987. That same year, he moved to Nashville and began his studies at Vanderbilt University. He graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
Jim is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states. He is also a member of the IEEE, NFPA, NSPE, AIA, and National Electrical Code-Panel 15 Committee Member. He serves on several boards in and around the Nashville community including on the Board of Overseers for the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, Centre College Board of Trustees, Middle Tennessee American Heart Association, Hospital Hospitality House, Tennessee Golf Foundation, and the Nashville Symphony Organization.
David Dean is the President of Tenzing Energy Solutions, which merged with Enterprise Solutions in 2015. In this role, David is responsible for leading all aspects of the company to position Tenzing Energy Solutions for continued success and growth.
Prior to joining Tenzing Energy Solutions, David worked with The Breckenridge Group and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, advising clients on the successful execution of transactions involving mergers and acquisitions. Before attending graduate school, David was an analyst with Wachovia Securities.
David earned a Master’s of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Georgia.
Scott Metker is the Chief Operating Officer of Autani, LLC. In 2017, Scott joined the Autani, LLC. team, which designs integrated building controls devices and systems that innovatively reduce energy consumption in commercial buildings via intelligent energy management.
Scott brings Autani over 18 years of experience in software architecture and leading IT solutions deployment. He held the roles of Chief Engineer and Director within the Technology implementation and Integration strategies division at GP Strategies. Prior to that, Scott was the Chief Engineer at RWS Technologies.
Scott attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute, where he received his electrical engineering degree in 1993. He then began his graduate studies at Penn State University, completing his Masters and Doctoral degrees in Electrical Engineering in 1998. Scott has continued his involvement in academia by teaching classes at the Sellinger School of Business of Loyola University Maryland.
Since 2003, Karen G. Cohen has worked as the Accounting Manager for Enterprise Solutions. With over 18 years of experience, Karen’s knowledge of the construction industry is a vital resource to the success of Enterprise Solutions. In her time with Enterprise Solutions, Karen has overseen several components of the business including commercial insurance, benefits and human resources, 401k plans, contracts, office management, safety and general operational responsibilities. She previously worked in the same position at Encompass Electric.
Outside of the office, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband Rob, son Warren and their dog Porter. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time at the beach.
Lera Pendergrass is the Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise Solutions. She is responsible for all accounting and financial operations, including supervising the accounting staff and interacting with all levels of management to ensure reliable reporting of fiduciary functions. She deals directly with cash flow, banking and bonding relationships and audits both internally and outside the company.
Lera’s experience in construction accounting spans over 20 years. She began her career as the controller of Pan American Petroleum in 1994 and eventually moved to the position of controller with Pan American Electric, Inc. Lera and her husband, Terry, reside in Nashville and are avid fans of the Vanderbilt Commodores and Tennessee Titans.
Mike Campbell is Vice Chairman of Enterprise Solutions and holds electrical licenses in over 30 states for the company. He moved to Enterprise Solutions in 2004 as their chief operating and safety officer.
His career began in 1985 as a helper at Pan American Electric, where he eventually became their chief operating officer. Mike is a born and raised Nashvillian, having lived in the West Nashville area all his life. He attended Nashville Christian School and Tennessee State University. Through high school and college, Mike was a helper in the electrical field, gaining experience and knowledge that would eventually shape his career.
Mike has served on the board of Easter Seals for the past decade. He has also been a board member at Nashville Christian School for over 15 years and has been the board chair for the past five years. Mike enjoys all sports, but especially teams like the Predators, Titans and Vanderbilt Commodores, in addition to deer and duck hunting.
Reed Collins started with Enterprise Solutions as a dedicated intern in 2004, working as an assistant design engineer for two summers while he completed dual degrees at Auburn University in Electrical Engineering and Wireless Engineering.
After graduation, he became a project manager in our corporate office in Nashville for three years before moving to San Antonio to run the Texas office. In 2013, he returned to Nashville and was promoted to chief operations officer, his current position.
Reed has worked in every facet of the operational side of the business including business development, project management, safety management and general operations. Clients, vendors and employees alike respect his leadership and problem solving skills, which are always conducted in a professional manner. Reed is a licensed professional engineer in five states including Tennessee, Texas and Florida. He also holds his LEED AP certification.
Since he began his career in the field as a helper in 1996, Ryan Winkle has worked his way through several positions at Enterprise Solutions, including superintendent and project manager. Ryan’s tasks include coordinating crews for all projects nationwide, visiting job sites to ensure operations are running smoothly, creating and finding innovative ways to save on manpower overhead and efficiency and overall problem solving of our field force.
Ryan’s knowledge of what it takes to work in the field, supervise a crew and manage a project has shaped his position as senior vice president, field operations and logistics. Ryan is a native of Bonham, Texas and moved with his wife and two children to Nashville in 2012.
Jeff moved his family to Nashville in 2003 to join the Enterprise team to manage the healthcare division. In 2013, he was promoted to senior vice president of operations. Jeff continues his passion for business development, client relations, and mentoring for the company's plan of succession, while also managing day to day operations.
His experience managing healthcare in Nashville and various projects around the US led him to Orlando in 2009 to become the Vice President of Operations for Enterprise's Florida division.
Jeff was born into the electrical industry in Indianapolis, Indiana. Having started in the field as a young boy, gaining experience in the family business then later turned to the IBEW for his electrical experience and education. In 1985, his interest in engineering and construction management led him from the field to the office to manage projects and personnel while pursuing additional education by night.
Outside of the office, Jeff enjoys the outdoors and loves skiing, golfing and cycling. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Kelly, and daughters Blakelee and Madison.
Robert W. Cohen (Rob) is the Chief Strategic Officer of Enterprise Solutions and has over 18 years of industry experience. In his role, Rob is responsible for pre-construction services and strategic direction of commercial construction. He joined Enterprise Solutions in 2008 as a project manager and has overseen the construction of projects exceeding $100 million dollars.
Rob got his start in the electrical contracting industry when he was in high school as an apprentice. He is a native Nashvillian and graduate of MTSU. He has lived in Middle Tennessee his entire life.
When Rob is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys playing golf and bird hunting. Rob has served on several boards and is active in the community.
