The Terrazzo mixed-use development project is a 15-story high-rise building encompassing 117 condominium units and three levels of parking. Included in this project were four levels of retail space covering approximately 85,000 square feet. The main retail tenant is BB&T Bank, located on the ground floor just off the main lobby.
This project, located next to downtown Nashville in an area known as The Gulch, had a construction schedule of 22 months and was completed in 2009 with a contract value of $3,950,000.
Terrazo was the first LEED Certified high-rise project in Nashville. It was also the first LEED certified residential mixed-use project in the Southeastern United States.
