Description: 31-floor high-rise Office Complex including an Atrium and Parking Garage. 1,000,000+ square foot economic development center which accommodates 2,000 employees and parking for 1,300 vehicles.  Project: Morgan County Regional Correctional Facility General Contractor: Ray Bell Construction Company Engineers: GRW/DMJM Architects & Engineers Architects: GRW/DMJM Architects & Engineers Description: Facility consists of two housing units (each with 256 cells), an Administrative Building, a Storage Facility, and a Power Plant for a total of 925,000 square feet.  Project: Loews Vanderbilt Plaza General Contractor: Joe M. Rodgers Construction Engineers: I.C. Thomasson Associates, Inc. Architects: Earl Swensson Associates, Inc. Description: Facility consists of a Hotel, Restaurants, Convention and Conference Center, Office Complex, and Parking Garage. |
