Description
The Terrazzo Mixed Use Development project is a 15 story high rise building encompassing 117 condominium units and 3 levels of parking. Included in this project are 4 levels of retail space covering approximately 85,000 square feet. Currently the main retail tenant is the BB&T bank located on the ground floor off the building. The project is located near downtown Nashville in an area known as the Gulch and had a construction schedule of 22 months. As of October 19th, 2009, Terrazzo is the only mixed-use project in the South Eastern United States to receive Leed Certification.
