Description
A Fine Arts Theater with 4 levels and a total of 49,273 square foot. The building consists of a full basement for storage and future build out, and an audience chamber and balcony with a seating capacity of 642 fixed seats. Other areas of the theater are the two-story lobby, concession stand, control level, stage with fly tower and scene shop.
