Description
The 100 Oaks project is an innovated design medical facility. The project is incorporated into an existing structure that has retail stores as part of the complex. It was a goal for Vanderbilt University for the facility to blend in with the community, be a good neighbor with the retail stores and help revive a part of Nashville. The demolition for the project started in November of 2007 on the second floor; the build out process was started t in June of 2008, having approximately 375,000 square feet of build out in 6 months. There are 20 different specialty services for the patients in the renovated structure. The project was completed in late February, 2009.
