A thirty-one story, 552,500 square foot high rise condominium/parking garage complex. The parking garage is 9 floors and approximately 222,500 square foot. The remaining floors (approximately 330,000 square foot) are dedicated to 306 condominium units and the amenity deck. They amenity deck is located on the 31st floor, approximately 350 foot about street level.
